It's been wonderful painting a colourful wildflower mural to inspire the children at Brunswick Primary School in Brighton and Hove.
My design flows across the main wall of the reception area of the school, incorporating wild flowers, weeds, dried seedheads and lots of green foliage - species indigineous to the nearby South Downs.
The school children have been delighted and of course have asked lots of questions as they walk past. I hope I have inspired some of them to get painting walls!
I love projects like this. Not only are they sociable and fun for me, but to give back to a school that has done so much for me and my sons is very rewarding.
